What is Adobe Photoshop?

How to re-size image in Adobe Photoshop?

Step 1: Create a New Document with the Width and Height set to your desired size. For example, if you want the image to be 6″ wide by 2″ high, then create a document with a width of 6″ and height of 2″.

– Use less than 200% zoom and click and drag the layer opacity to reduce the amount of noise.

– Use Layers > Flatten Image once you are done editing your photo to get rid of all the extra layers that are not needed anymore.
